Products Not Eligible for Return
Products that have been correctly supplied, are free from defects, and match the specifications of the order are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions, dimensions, colours, and specifications carefully before placing an order.
Defective or Incorrectly Supplied Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Defective due to a manufacturing fault
- Damaged prior to delivery
- Incorrectly supplied and does not match your order
you may request a return, replacement, or refund, subject to our approval and inspection process.
Reporting an Issue
To ensure a prompt resolution, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after receiving your order.
When submitting your request, please include:

Return Approval Process
